As advances in technology increase so has its accessibility. Covers the practice and content standards under the Common Core. Are you telling me that there are Common Core-aligned curricula out there that teach math the “old way”? The standards for Mathematical Practice are an integral component of CT Standards (CCSS) and are evident highlighted accordingly in the units. Recommended preparation: familiarity with linear algebra and mathematical statistics highly recommended. In Japanese classrooms, fewer math problems were considered in more depth, and students participated actively in suggesting different ways of solving those problems.
